TDLR / TAS Project Review Services
Lowest Fees: our research has resulted multiple times that we have the lowest advertised fees available for your project. Project review and inspection fees are based on the estimated construction cost (or registered price at time of permitting) of the project, within the State of Texas.

Note: we commonly register projects on the behalf of a client. We charge an hour of labor ($90) plus the flat TDLR filing fee of $175: so $265 would be added to the Plan Review invoice.
Development Associates charges travel time ($155/hour) and mileage reimbursement ($.655/mile) for all Final Inspections outside the Austin city limits (for all commonly scheduled Final Inspections/Site Surveys that are not rushed). These two additional fees vary per project, are calculated based on Google Maps, and are added to the Final Inspection invoice by our office.
Site Accessibility Surveys; Can be performed for your building, site, campus. Development Associates charges $195/hr for time required to evaluate and report on surveys. Travel time is usually applicable if outside the Austin-surrounding areas.
If Campuses or multiple buildings are to be submitted at one time, please contact us to ensure we have an appreciable fee established for your particular project.

(c) An Elimination of Architectural Barriers Project Registration form or Architectural Barriers Project Registration Confirmation Page must be completed for each subject building or facility and submitted along with the applicable fees when the design professional or owner submits the construction documents.
